Who can join UQBA?
Anyone can become a member by purchasing our annual membership for $10! (BUY HERE). Being an executive member is exclusive to UQ students regardless of degree. Learn more about applying here.
Do I need prior experience in business or finance?
No, UQBA is designed for students at all stages, from first-years to final-year students.
What are the benefits of becoming a member?

Can I join mid-year?
Yes, you can join at any point during the year.
What kind of events does UQBA run?

Do I need to be a member to attend events?
Most events are open to non-members, but members receive discounted tickets and priority access.
What should I wear to corporate events?
Dress codes vary by event and will be clearly stated on the event page.
Does UQBA help with internships or graduate roles?
While we don’t place students directly, we provide exposure to firms, skill-building opportunities, and insights to help you prepare for applications.
When do Sub-Executive and Executive applications open?
Applications for sub-executives typically open toward the end of each academic semester. Higher executive roles open only at the end of the academic year during our AGM. Updates are posted on our socials.
Do I need prior leadership experience to apply?
No! We value enthusiasm, reliability, willingness to learn, and active involvement.
